Growth Mindset
A growth mindset can be a powerful tool for individuals and organisations alike. When people believe their talents can be developed through hard work, good strategies, and input from others, they are more likely to take on challenges and be successful. Our workshop is designed to cultivate a growth mindset mentality, with a focus on providing effective strategies and valuable input from knowledgeable professionals.
Character Strengths
Our Character Strengths workshop is designed to help people unlock their full potential and improve their daily lives. It is a research-based concept in Positive Psychology that focuses on people's thoughts, behavior, and feelings. By identifying and building on one's specific strengths, individuals can further develop their abilities and tackle challenges in a more positive way. We provide the resources and support needed for individuals to thrive.
Conflict Resolution
This conflict resolution workshop, developed by Dr Gago, an expert in this field, focuses on developing critical skills and abilities to deal constructively with conflict. This workshop explains the nature of conflict, what it is, how it develops and scales, and what can be done to manage it in different personal and professional environments.
Solution Focused Conversation
The Solution Focus approach allows people to acknowledge the reality of the situation and its difficulties and then focus on the solution describing successful actions and attitudes while focusing on strengths and resources to support change and favourable resolution. SF conversations can help you stay focused on the solution and not on the problem, increasing creativity, positiveness, and collaboration.
Neurolanguage
We have seen learners who are very frustrated, who are embarrassed and are almost afraid to speak another language. Neurolanguage Coaching is about bringing coaching, science and neuroscience into the language learning process. It is about having professionals like Jacob Hawsa who have trained to understand how the brain learns functions, how the brain learns, how we associate and connect those languages, and how embarrassment and fear can actually shut the brain down.
Design Thinking
It is a process for solving problems prioritising consumers' needs above all else. It relies on observing how people interact with their environments and employs a hands on approach to create innovative solutions. Its purpose is to provide all professionals with a standardised innovation process to develop creative solutions to problems—design-related or not. Design thinking is different from other innovation and ideation processes in that it’s solution-based and user-centric rather than problem-based. This means it focuses on the solution to a problem instead of the problem itself.
