Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

By learning to be mindful and in the present moment, you can improve your well-being, enhance classroom management, and better job performance. The way you respond to stress makes a big difference to your overall well-being. This workshop will help teachers and staff manage stress using practical exercises, frameworks, and positive psychology.
