Character Strengths

Our Character Strengths workshops teach you the skills of working with your own positive traits to foster resilience, develop habits of awareness that can positively impact your work performance, and improve self-esteem and any change and learning process.

​Character Strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact your thinking, feeling and behaving. Knowing your best character traits can improve your life, thrive, and overall well-being.

Research has identified 24 character strengths that can help you:

  • Manage and overcome problems

  • Improve your relationships

  • Enhance the health and general well-being

  • Build resilience

  • Improve work performance 

  • Develop skills for learning

  • Achieve goals

This workshop will show you the 24 character strengths and the six broad virtue categories, universal across cultures and nations. You will be able to take the character strengths test to know which are the top 5 or 6 strengths you use more often and more naturally and balance the use of others to create a better outcome in different scenarios.
