As a high-impact Transformational Change and Educational Leadership Coach I have a proven track record of combining expertise in education and coaching to spearhead impactful change across both corporate and educational sectors. With 29+ years’ experience as a teacher, trainer, facilitator, and 7 years dedicated to coaching and leadership development, I am passionate about spearheading positive transformation within organisations and individuals. I am a late diagnosed neurodiverse AuDHD woman.

As the Founder and Director of The Education Hall Ltd and Community Coaching Hall CIC, I am at the forefront of leading transformative change by providing CPD courses, cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and knowledge to cultivate a dynamic wellbeing culture. My initiatives aim to elevate performance across corporate and education sectors, whilst aligning seamlessly with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agendas. I establish authentic human connections to help unlock the potential for profound and lasting change.

Throughout my earlier career, I held impactful teaching positions at renowned institutions, including roles as an English Coordinator, Internal Auditor, Trainer of Trainers and Mentor.  My strategic perspective, exceptional leadership skills, and unparalleled ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships contribute to enabling cohesive teamwork and a shared sense of purpose.

With academic credentials in Coaching, Leadership, ICF-EMCC Coach Mentor Practicioner designation, and a background in Psychology, my multifaceted approach is further enriched by my ongoing pursuit of excellence. I am finishing my MBA in Educational Leadership and Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology to further support my ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth.
